Thank you to all my family, friends and followers for supporting me from near and far. I am excited to finally have an up and running professional website to post my artwork, prints, and update all of you on any future shows or events. I am currently busy with my new awesome job as the Manger of Education and Outreach at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art in Shawnee, OK (If you are in Shawnee and want to see two real Egyptian mummies in all of Oklahoma you might want to swing by the museum!). I have also been busy getting ready for Santa Fe Indian Market on the 17th and 18th of August. I have been creating new small pieces and finishing up some bigger pieces for the competition so on my Facebook Page and Instagram I have been a little bit quiet, since I been working on several things at once. It does help when you are working on oil paintings to switch back and forth, so you are not watching paint dry.
In personal life my husband and I celebrated our first-year wedding anniversary and spent it down at the Artesian Hotel, Casino, and Spa in Sulphur, OK. It was wonderful to get away from everyday life for a few days. Some of my family members have been in and out of the hospital recently as well, so keep them in your prayers, they are in mine. I will try my best to post at least a few times out of the month to keep everyone updated on future shows, markets, exhibitions, and various doings in my art career and life in general!
